Exam week is killing me...
That's right sports fans, this week has totally been a crazy week becuase it's exam week!  I've had exams up the ying yang lately, and i'm finally taking my last exam tommorow at 7:50.  After that, there are no classes all day!  Hooray!  This weekend will finally be a relax I hope...But with my luck I won't be able to stop moving.  Like I said before the best days of college are when you get to relax and sit around. 

Thanksgiving is only 1 month away!
So i'm actually getting to go home for thanksgiving this year.  That will be nice, and i get to see my uncle who's currently over in Iraq.  It will be really nice to see the homestead again even though it seems like im right down the road from my house.  It really seems as if I didn't leave my house, and that its just down the road.  When my parents dropped me off they didnt cry.  Although I'm starting this whole new life ahead of me, they know that ill see them in a little bit, and that bit is going to be thanksgiving and Christmas.  I can't think about Thanksgiving right now though, I have too much on my plate at the moment. 

I guess that's about it at the moment.  I've been frustrated with some of my classes or better yet my profs, but that is just something that i will have to overcome.  Perseverance is key in this world, and that's one gift that God has given me.  Anyways people, give me a ring sometime to say hello, it would be much appreciated.  My Dorm phone is (434)-582-4099.  Leave a message if im not here.  Ok, See ya on the flipside!

Whoooooooa!  So maybe it's been a while since I last updated, but what do you expect, I'm a college slacker!

I like my homework like my laundry, nonexistent. 

Ok, so is college as much work as everyone says it is.  Well, all I can say, it does prove to be alotta work.  Being a devoted 17 credit hour student and prayer leader, there proves to be much more work than it really thought that there was. Mondays are my worst though, i get up at 7:20 and i have to be in class at 750.  As soon as I am done with that class i have to get ready for convocation.  After convo i have classes repeditvely until 6:05.  By the end of the day I am totally beat.  Ok, So i signed up for it and i'll remain dilligent in my studies.  But enough of the complaining, let's get to the good stuff that has been going on in my iilfe. 

What's there really to say?

Well, there's not much really going on here.  The weekends are really nice, and i usually spend them slacking off.  Last weekend we went minigolfing, and that was extremely fun.  haha, when we were minigolfing, they had this crazy machine.  This machine resembled Dance Dance Revolution, but it didnt invovle your feet, it involved your hands.  It was called Dance Beat or something like that.  Well anyway, What you had to do is all these beats came up on the screen and you had to move your arms over the beat to get the patterns done.  Well I totally kicked butt at the machine and i want it in my dorm. 

It's quiet, for once...

This is the first night in ages that I actually get to have the night for myself.  Right now i'm sitting hewre in really comfortable clothes and just having the night to myself.  It's raining extrmeely hard out so it's such a soothing move.  When you are constantly moving around, studying, pulling all nighters, and doing homwork, you tend to really appreciate the down time when you just get the evening to yourself.  None of my roomates are here, and the hall is nice and quiet, so i get to relax for once in my life.  Today was perfect, the power went out and classes were cancelled so i was able to get done all my hw so i dont have anything floating above my head.  The best time in college is when you are just settling down from all the movement in life.

Classes are over for the weekend....I have no homework, so i guess ill just do whatever i want, (That's a first).

Well I survived the first week of classes...so far... Haha, well the classes are nice, and I love my schedule.  My schedule is nicely spaced so that on Tuesdays and Thursdays i can basically slack off and sleep.  As my good roomate Nathan says... "A day without a nap, is crap."  Amen to that Nathan, thats why i choose to sleep instead of doing my homework!  I havent had any homework yet though, even though i did some stuff i didnt need to do....Anyways im just sitting here thinking about running until i collapse.  I seriously need to get back into shape...Dramatically... 

In other news, All its calm in the dorms right now, which is a big suprise, and everybody seems to be out places.  There is a Rap concert tonight but i dont want to go, so im probably just going to go to the gym.  I know im just rambling but i dont feel like getting up.  Well i guess i should head out, leave one ppl it makes me feel special!  Alrighty, See ya on the flipside.

1st Day of school...Today

Well, today is the first day of my college career.  It still feels like I am going to camp, and am coming home in a few days.  The days of moving into my dorm were hectic  My roomates and I tried to get all the crap into our dorm and organized on the first few days.  I have 2 cool roomates, they are Hans and Nathan.  I'll have to post pictures of them sometime on here when I have the time.  I do have to admit that the first few days of moving into my dorm proved very hectic.  Trying to get all my crap organized and constantly running from this building to another so that I can get my crap squared away before my parents left for home.

My parents were a very big help duirng the whole ordeal even if I wasnt the nicest person to them becuase i wanted to get started with this whole college deal.  My schedule so far has become very hectic, but only the first week passed by so who knows what's next.  The first few days were kinda weird since I didn't know anyone at all at this school.  Alas, as the days progressed and i finally met some people from various dorms, I showed them my true side.  The wild peronality I possess came alive after the realtionship with other people grew.  It took me a while, but i finally showed the potential I withold when it comes to social encounters. 

The activities given to us by the school have been very good.  The activities arranged from movie night and games at the student center, to a block party and concert that happend last night.  All in all this place seems very satisfying.  The chuch services here prove very powerful,  you can definately feel the presence of God arise from the service.  All in all, it is very powerful. 

Well im sorry i havent written in long time, but i havent been able to find the time to sit down and get on teh computer.  Nonetheless, I will continue to write when I do posess the time.  Ok Yall, I have Convocation in 30 mins so i gotta clean my room and get heading.  Ok guys, See ya on the Flipside!
